This proposal is for using up the remaining ODIN in the Juky 2019 superblock. This amounts to around 40000 ODIN.

If this proposal is successful, the 40000 ODIN from this proposal will be added to the 9000 from the previous month. The funds will then be transferred to a multisig wallet (with ODIN Society members as signatories). The goal is to use this fund to cover any future successful proposals that aren't completely covered by the 108 kODIN available in the superblock.

If, at some later date, the generic development fund grows too much, a proposal can be made and voted on by the community to make a coin burn.
