The Messenger module of ODIN.Chat should be broken out into a standalone package which can be included in any application.

This module should expose logic related to the messenger such as sending messages, fetching messages, encrypting a message, and decrypting a message.

An application using this dev package could then call upon these exposed methods to use within it's own application infrastructure.
